Book Returns
Textbook publishers have strict policies for returns.  This determines the bookstore's sales policy, which is as follows:

All textbook sales are final, unless a class is dropped within the first two weeks of the quarter.  A full refund will be given if books are returned with:

  1. No names or marks in them
  2. Cash register receipt
  3. Add/Drop slip
Deadlines on the refund policy are posted.  Students are advised to keep all sales slips.

The drop slip and sales receipt are required to protect all parties involved and to help eliminate refunds paid on stolen or lost books.

All sales of workbooks, study aids, lab manuals, consumable books and key notes are final. Any defective book will be replaced free of charge. Return it as soon as possible.

Used Book Buy Back
Up to 50% of the purchase price will be paid for used books that are needed for future terms.
Buy back is from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday during finals week of each term.

Current editions of books not needed for future terms, may be purchased by a used book company from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday during finals week of each term; prices vary.
